Sthembiso Madlala is a leading public participation specialist and social engagement practitioner. He founded ASEFSA and ISEFSA, pioneering structured social facilitation frameworks adopted by government and national institutions.
He has worked with municipalities, government bodies, and civil society to develop participation strategies and resolve complex stakeholder conflicts. His work has contributed to major development initiatives and policy frameworks across South Africa.
He is also the author of The Art and Essence of Social Engagement and has developed multiple training manuals in social facilitation and community engagement.
